Your House Hunting Wish List!

As I’ve mentioned more than a few times, you need to be clear on your WANTS and NEEDS when house hunting!  What you NEED in a home and cannot live without is different from what you WANT in a home and isn’t completely necessary.  It is smart to compose such a list when you are ready to start house hunting, keeping in mind that the list may change from time to time after looking at different homes.

Read this Wish List by Sandra Rinomato with HGTV for some really good ideas on how to compose your House Hunting Wish List and what you should include on it.

If you need help getting started on your house hunting wish list or are ready to start viewing properties in Red Deer & Central Alberta, please contact me or visit my website!
